Repair Billing Handler
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Contract type: Permanent, full time
Working week: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

What the job role is:
- As a billing handler, you would be responsible for all billing aspects of the repair claims process including processing invoices, approving and collation of data.
- Deal with billing queries
- Following up on outstanding invoices and fees owed
- General administration tasks relating to the repair department.
- You would use our IT system to ensure key data is populated
- You would have exceptional customer service and communication skills, offering empathic support to customers whilst liaising professionally with external partners to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and sufficiently.
- You would ensure all company policies are adhered to, including: Data Protection Act, Treating Customers Fairly, GDPR and FCA regulations
- You would be working within the parameters of the Company’s policies, values, and mission.
What skills & experience are needed:
- Be proficient with MS Excel
- Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Driven individual
- To collaborate with internal stakeholders of all levels where required and work cohesively together to achieve the Company goals.
- Be able to maintain high standards of work when under pressure and within deadlines
- Create and maintain effective professional relationships with referrers and repairers negotiating confidently when required

Repair Supply Handler

Working week: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Saturday working 9am-1pm on a rotational basis)

- As a repair supply handler in our repair network, you would be responsible for all aspects of the repair management process, including ensuring vehicle repair bookings are met in accordance with service level agreements.
- You would use our IT system to ensure key data is populated.
- You would have exceptional customer service and communication skills, offering empathic support to customers whilst liaising professionally with external partners to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and sufficiently.
- You would ensure all company policies are adhered to, including: Data Protection Act, Treating Customers Fairly, GDPR and FCA regulations
- You would be working within the parameters of the Company’s policies, values, and mission.
What skills & experience are needed:
- Attention to detail, sound written and verbal communication, planning, time management and organisational skills are essential to this role.
- Previous experience working in the repair, claims or insurance industry essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service role in a similar environment desirable.
